At TechBuzzLine, accuracy is one of our most important values. We work hard to make sure every article is correct, fair, and based on reliable sources. However, mistakes can happen. When they do, we are committed to correcting them quickly and transparently.
Our Commitment
- We take every reported error seriously.
- We review all correction requests carefully.
- We fix confirmed errors as quickly as possible.
- We are open and honest about the changes we make.
Types of Changes We Make
1. Corrections When an article contains a factual error (such as a wrong date, price, name, specification, or statistic), we correct the information and add a note at the bottom of the article explaining what was changed.
Example: “Correction (October 16, 2026): An earlier version of this article stated the wrong release date. It has been updated.”
2. Clarifications When an article is technically correct but could be misunderstood, we add more context or details to make it clearer. A clarification note is added where appropriate.
3. Updates Technology news changes fast. When new information becomes available, such as an official announcement replacing a rumor, we update the article and mark it with an “Updated” note and date.
4. Minor Edits Small fixes such as spelling, grammar, or formatting errors that do not change the meaning of the article may be made without a correction note.
Rumors and Leaks
When we report on rumors, leaks, or expected product launches, we clearly label them as such. If a rumor turns out to be false or an official announcement differs, we update the article to reflect the correct information.
How to Report an Error
If you believe something in one of our articles is incorrect, please contact us:
Email: [email protected] Subject line: Correction Request
Please include:
- The link to the article
- The information you believe is incorrect
- The correct information, along with a source if possible
Our Review Process
- We receive and read your request.
- Our editorial team checks the information against reliable sources.
- If an error is confirmed, we correct the article and add a correction note.
- We may reply to let you know the outcome.
We aim to review all correction requests within 48–72 hours.
Unpublishing Articles
We do not usually delete articles, because doing so can reduce transparency. In rare cases, such as legal issues, serious errors, or privacy concerns, an article may be removed. When that happens, we may leave a note explaining why.
